Why BoothIQ exists

Built by a photo booth operator who got tired of rebuilding every booking.

BoothIQ started inside Main Event Co., a working DJ and photo booth business, after years of handling the same repetitive steps for every new event.

A client would inquire. Then the client, venue, package, contract, deposit, event information, design, and follow-up all had to be created, copied, tracked, or sent separately.

That should not take 20–30 minutes every time.

The problem

The goal was not another CRM.

The goal was to build a system that carries the work forward.

When an inquiry becomes a booking, BoothIQ should already understand the client, venue, package, event, contract, payment schedule, and next steps.

The operator should not have to become the connection between every part of their own software.

Built around the event

The operational details are not miscellaneous notes.

BoothIQ was shaped around the information that matters when you are actually preparing for a photo booth event:
  • When setup begins
  • How long the drive takes
  • When the attendant needs to leave
  • Which booth and package were booked
  • Which backdrop the client selected
  • Whether the photo-strip design was approved
  • Whether the deposit and balance were paid
  • Where the gallery will be delivered
  • Which messages still need to be sent

Those details are the booking.

The standard

Every feature should remove work or make the next step clearer.

BoothIQ should:
  • Eliminate repeated data entry
  • Keep information connected
  • Make the next action obvious
  • Give clients a polished experience
  • Keep operators prepared for the event
  • Avoid unnecessary subscriptions
  • Remain affordable for small photo booth businesses
  • Use automation where automation genuinely saves time

Run your next booking through BoothIQ.

The product should explain the difference better than a sales pitch.
